About the role:

 

At VisionGreen we work to support and mentor organisations to address their energy use, to improve competitiveness, reduce costs and improve their environmental impact. We are seeking an energy engineer to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will have an excellent knowledge of the energy management and verification process with the ability to identify legislative / industry best practice.

 

About you: You will have knowledge or be willing to gain knowledge in preparing energy audits. The successful candidate will conduct energy reviews and establish baseline Energy Performance Indicators (EnPIs) objectives, targets and action plans under the direction/mentoring of senior engineers. The candidate will be proactive and have a desire to influence communities particularly in ingraining with energy initiatives.

●      Relevant 3rd level and technical energy qualification.

●      Ideally 1 year or more experience in an energy conservation role.

●      Ideally experience in the construction sector is an advantage.

●      Ideally experience and/or knowledge of sustainable energy communities.

●      Strong verbal and written communication skills.

●      Ability to exercise sound judgement with minimal supervision.

●      Ability to build relationships with external and internal teams to achieve buy-in to firm policies and practices.

●      Self-confidence, maturity, discipline, and a commercial approach to establish credibility at all levels in the business.

●      Strong desire to learn.

●      Certified Energy Management Certification desirable. The preferred candidate may be required to carry out this training whilst working with ORS.

●      Good organisational, negotiations and problem resolution skills.

●      Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

●      Applicants should have their own transport and a full clean driving licence.

As we look to expand our impact and reach, a new role has been created for an Account Manager working on key client accounts.  The successful candidate will be required to apply themselves to a diverse portfolio of business types, large companies and SMEs. Working with internal stakeholders to deliver excellent standards and customer satisfaction. There will be a strong emphasis on communication, internal and external, and the successful candidate will be passionate about problem solving, and skilled at mobilising resources available to ensure the desired impact is delivered for clients.

 

About you: You will be creative, an excellent communicator, a self starter and able to work on your own initiative. You will have 1-3 years experience in a similar role, and be flexible to work across business operations where needed. You will have a passion for problem solving, excellent organisation skills, a team player with  a passion for delivering for clients to a high quality and willing to learn and develop into the role.

The role will rapidly expand to involve additional responsibilities and involvement in the expansion of available skill sets within the company.

About the role: As we look to expand our impact and reach a new role has been created for a Sales & Marketing Assistant. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing you will be responsible for developing, planning, executing and tracking of marketing programs in collaboration with our third party support functions. You will support the organisation of events, management of our CRM, developing and growing sales leads and opportunities and development and management of our social media strategy.
